Business Scope

Klynero Motion provides remote video editing and post-production using client-provided footage. Services may include trimming, sequencing, audio synchronization, color correction, captions, transitions, platform formatting, and final digital export.

Quotes and Published Prices

Website prices are starting prices unless a specific written scope states otherwise. Actual pricing may depend on source footage length, number of files, complexity, deliverable count, captions, audio requirements, formatting, turnaround requirements, revision scope, and other project-specific factors.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and usable source files.
• Confirm that the client has all rights and permissions necessary for footage, audio, music, logos, photographs, scripts, trademarks, and other materials supplied for editing.
• Provide timely instructions, feedback, approvals, and requested materials.
• Review deliverables before publication or distribution.

Project Changes

Material changes to the brief, deliverable count, source footage, runtime, platform requirements, or requested style after editing begins may be treated as additional scope and may require a revised fee or schedule.

Revisions

Revision terms should be defined in the applicable project scope. Revisions are intended to correct or refine work within the agreed brief. A new concept, replacement footage, major restructuring, or requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Delivery

Final files are delivered digitally in the agreed format. The client is responsible for downloading, storing, backing up, publishing, and using delivered files after completion.

No Guaranteed Performance

Video editing can improve structure, clarity, pacing, presentation, and technical consistency, but Klynero Motion does not guarantee views, engagement, conversions, sales, audience growth, platform approval, advertising performance, search ranking, or other business outcomes.

Website Use

Users may not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability related to services is limited according to the applicable service agreement and the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
