TERMS OF SERVICE

Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern project-based and recurring remote video editing and post-production services provided by Klynero Motion. A project may also be governed by a written quote, invoice, scope, statement of work, or other written confirmation.

Source Materials

The client supplies source footage and related production materials. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Klynero Motion is not responsible for filming, obtaining releases, licensing music, clearing trademarks, or securing third-party permissions for client-supplied materials.

Rights in Client Materials

The client represents that it owns or has permission to use all material supplied for editing and authorizes Klynero Motion to process, reproduce, transcode, modify, synchronize, and otherwise use the material as reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.

Editing Scope

Editing may include trimming, assembly, timing, sequencing, audio synchronization, basic audio cleanup, color correction, basic grading, captions, subtitles, transitions, platform formatting, and final export. Only services included in the confirmed scope are required.

Turnaround

Any estimated turnaround depends on receipt of complete source files, project instructions, client responsiveness, technical condition of files, revision requests, and workload. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, turnaround estimates are not strict deadlines.

Revisions and Approvals

The number of included revisions, if any, should be stated in the project scope. The client is responsible for reviewing drafts carefully. Approval of a final version confirms acceptance of visible and audible details.

Recurring Services

Monthly or recurring editing support applies only to the volume, service level, and deliverables agreed for the relevant billing period. Unused capacity does not automatically roll over unless expressly stated.

Ownership of Final Deliverables

Subject to full payment, the client receives rights in the final edited deliverable to the extent Klynero Motion has the right to transfer such rights. Client-owned source materials remain the client's property. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses. Working files, project files, templates, internal systems, editing methods, and pre-existing tools are not automatically transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.

File Retention

Klynero Motion may delete raw uploads, project files, drafts, and final exports after a reasonable retention period. Clients should maintain their own backups of source files and delivered files. Long-term archive storage is not included unless agreed separately.

Technical Differences

Video appearance and audio playback can vary by screen, device, browser, platform compression, codec, upload settings, and other factors outside the editor's control.

Suspension or Refusal

A project may be declined, paused, or terminated where materials are unlawful, infringing, abusive, technically unusable, outside the agreed scope, or where required payment or client cooperation is not provided.

No Marketing Guarantee

Editing services do not guarantee platform acceptance, monetization, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, or revenue.
